The main objective is to facilitate the technological transition of clients, while maintaining their traditional activities, through artificial intelligence activities.

Work is being carried out with SMEs in particular on cross-functional projects.

You will contribute to the realization of IT projects in response to internal needs, the identification of needs and the development of specifications for the installation of the chosen solutions while mobilizing the necessary resources.

• Support different users
• Centralize tickets and assign them based on problems: also be able to respond to Service Desk Level 1 and 2 problems if necessary
• Ensure user management in terms of IT security
• Ensure user training on new tools
• Participate in the digitalization of processes: propose new solutions while taking into account technical and budgetary constraints
• You will be in contact with external service providers and all staff.

You will actively participate in the various projects within your scope

• Be responsible for operating ICT solutions:
• Centralize user needs in different departments,
• Analyze and propose specific solutions to their requests,
• Write functional and technical specifications,
• Conduct comparative studies in order to respect budgets and optimize costs (components, software, etc.),
• Plan the stages of projects while respecting deadlines, budgets and quality,
• Define test plans and supervise them,
• Establish and maintain internal application settings files and supervise external application files;
• Maintain existing applications and design programs to meet needs;
• Ensure the integration of different business applications;
• Manage the computer network: equipment management and installation/configuration of hardware, wifi, cabling and printers;

You have experience as an IT coordinator or IT project manager and possess:

• A higher education diploma in computer science
• Strong expertise in the areas of infrastructure and mobile solutions
• Support Level 1 and knowledge of Network engineering
• Good command of IT project management
• Proven experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Experience in PHP, .NET or Java and Python development
• Experience in database management and development (MySQL)
• Mastery of MS Azure / Microsoft 365
• Fluency in French and English, Luxembourgish and/or German is a serious advantage
