    Project details

    We are now naturally evolving our sales division to fuel new growth. As a Business Development Representative Lead, you and your team will be the first point of contact representing Brightgrove company. You will initiate outreach to expand the company’s potential customer base. You will have to follow existing, implement new, and constantly research for the latest lead generation processes in order to make the right first impression with your team. You will work in close cooperation with our Sales and Marketing teams.

    Your Team

    Business Development Representatives will report to you as the Lead Generation Team Lead. Our team will be growing, and more BDMs and BDRs are about to come. But don’t worry, you won’t compete in the same market segments. We strive to provide equal opportunity for every individual’s growth and success.

    Responsibilities

    • Hiring and onboarding of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
    • Developing and optimizing lead generation strategy, process & tools
    • Planning budget, resources & implementing annual strategic & tactical initiatives
    • Setting LeadGen targets, meeting your targets and those of the team as a whole
    • Analyzing LeadGen performance and monitoring LeadGen activities
    • Managing profiles infrastructure, ICPs, incentives of BDRs
    • Communication with external lead generation partners
    • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospects and activities
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports to the top management team
    • Providing feedback and coaching
    • Conducting monthly 1on1 with BDRs to ensure top performances
    • Leading team, providing support and assistance of all of your team members (3-5 people)
    • Creating positive and productive environment in the team

    Skills

    • At least 4 years of experience in lead generation in IT
    • At least 1 year of experience as Lead Generation Team Lead, peferably in IT outsourcing and services company
    • Expertise in cold outreach methods, including but not limited to email and LinkedIn
    • Experience in database management (Salesforce, ZohoCRM, Pipedrive etc.)
    • Experience in writing message sequences with multiple scripts and A/B tests
    • Hands-on with automation tools (Phantombuster, LinkedHelper, Hunter.iо, Snov.iо etc)
    • Analytical mindset and proactive approach in driving lead generation initiatives
    • Being highly motivated with the strive to achieve our common goals together
    • Self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
    • English – B2-C1

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience with modern generative AI instruments (ChatGPT or similar) and willingness to experiment with them
