    The project is an advanced e-commerce platform operating within the Commerce Cloud environment. This platform offers a comprehensive online shopping experience, seamlessly integrating with Commerce Cloud’s powerful capabilities to deliver a secure, efficient, and customizable solution for businesses looking to establish or enhance their online presence.

    You will become an integral part of our dynamic team consisting of 15 highly skilled e-commerce specialists, responsible for all consumer-facing digital infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

    Documentation:

    • Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Create and maintain a repository of business and technical documentation.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, feedback, and consensus from various stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on progress and key milestones.

    Solution Design:

    • Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design solutions that align with business requirements.
    • Ensure that proposed solutions meet business goals and are technically feasible.
    • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to address business challenges.

    Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
    • Participate in testing activities to validate that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
    • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
    • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or customer service environment
    • Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Commerce, Marketing and Service Cloud) is beneficial
    • Excellent communication, strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools like Scrum and Jira
    • Knowledge of business process modeling tools and techniques
