Middle Event Manager

The Event Manager is a part of the HR Team. We have only one Event manager in the team. We are changing the current consultant because she is moving to a new position (not about events and HR).

• On a monthly base planning and preparing events from scratch according to requirements and objectives
• Organization events for each team and generally for the whole company (off-line and online)
• Organization events for distributed teams
• Organization events for teams outside the Ukraine (LATAM, Romania, Poland)
• Preparing budgets and estimates and ensuring compliance
• Managing and overseeing the execution of events
• Monitoring and analyzing the market, industry trends, and innovations
• Close collaboration with the HR team, Managers, OM and Marketing department
• Collecting and processing artifacts based on event outcomes (post-event analysis)

• English language Intermediate+
• 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager or HR Manager
• Experience in organizing online and offline events
• Experience in organizing cross-cultural events
• The ability to quickly and efficiently search for the necessary information
• Organization, attention to detail, and good time management skills
• Budget planning experience
