    Project details

    We are looking for an experienced, digital-first marketing manager to validate new value offerings and oversee go-to-market strategy and execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end validation campaigns, determining the best channel mix and sub-segments, and presenting quantitative and qualitative campaign results.

    The marketing director will be in charge of our primary efforts to acquire new customers, increase sales productivity, and coordinate sales and marketing operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the value proposition of new offerings while ensuring customer-centricity
    • Create go-to-market plans, define success criteria for checking hypothesis to assess the stickiness of each offering
    • Conducting marketing research, helping in defining new profitable areas and domains
    • Develop differentiated positioning messaging and choose the proper channel mix
    • Manage generating, writing, and editing content for marketing emails and newsletters, sales enablement material, video script and production, white papers, blogs, ads, and social media
    • Manage the operation of critical areas of our website, such as landing pages, homepage updates, blog, tutorials, and downloadable content
    • Align, brainstorm, and harmonize resources cross-functionally among the marketing, sales, and industry teams
    • Customer Lifecycle Marketing and Operations: Manage our CRM and Email program to develop a holistic lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and sales engine via email and other direct marketing channels
    • Define, monitor, and optimize marketing website KPIs with a focus on engagement
    • Spearhead AB testing opportunities to optimize the performance of various website entry points
    • Marketing Website Strategy and Optimization
    • Develop requirements, improve self-service capabilities for email and website management, and enable marketing teams to create dynamic and personalized customer experiences; and nurture sales opportunities

    Skills

    • Over 5 years of experience as a digital marketing manager or campaign manager
    • Extensive experience running successful, detailed, and results-driven B2B campaigns targeting enterprise accounts in the Americas and EMEA
    • In-depth experience in stakeholder management to facilitate cross-team alignment for rapid campaign launches
    • Deep knowledge of value proposition creation
    • A comprehensive understanding of value proposition creation
    • Solid experience with content marketing and outreach campaigns and technologies (e.g., Outreach.io, Hubspot/Salesforce, Google Analytics)
    • Proven track record in project management with excellent attention to detail
    • Tracking the marketing investment against MQL KPIs
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Advanced English skills
    • The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
    • Understanding of the ABM approach
    • Experience using various productivity and content generation AI tools to optimize and streamline work
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to understand priorities, highly collaborative, team-oriented environments

    Nice to have:

    • Background in any of the industries, such as OTT &Video streaming, AdTech, AI/ML/NLP, FinTech, Real Estate, or Retail, will be a plus
    • Knowledge of marketing automation is advantageous
