Our customer is a large, global consumer brand with a major digital experiences organization responsible for end-to-end guest/customer journeys across multiple premium travel, hospitality, and entertainment offerings worldwide. The team owns both digital and physical experience technology across lines of business such as attractions/entertainment, food & beverage, resorts/transportation, and retail/merchandise, along with flagship consumer-facing apps and voice/assistant-enabled experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end SAM Enterprise Architecture, design & Implementation
  • Lead design & configurations including normalization, reconciliation, and license metrics.
  • Architect the integration between ServiceNow SAM and various data sources (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Coupe etc.).
  • Help set up and manage SaaS integrations for cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce etc.)
  • Define technical standards for software discovery, inventory, and software model management.
  • Own the technical roadmap for SAM, ensuring alignment with ITAM goals and ITIL best practices.

Skills

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong focus on SAM Architect Experience
  • Strong understanding of & Hands-on experience with
    • ServiceNow SAM Pro
    • CMDB & Discovery
    • ITAM, ITSM, and integrations
  • Experience designing complex ServiceNow data models and workflows
  • ServiceNow Certifications (Mandatory):
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • CIS – SAM (Implementation Specialist) / ITAM-related (as applicable)
