Build a state of the art voice agent that can close sales using Jordan Belfort’s Straightline method, and a platform to manage all of the customer’s contacts. Platform will be flexible to many verticals and types of customer data and integrate with many CRMs to provide massive value to customers. Our multilingual voice agent will follow complex scripts using an agentic workflow and custom persuasive voice to close sales better than most humans on a global scale.

Your work could include: 

• Building a state of the art voice agent using STT, TTS, phone call audio streaming, agentic architecture, prompt iteration. Finetune an LLM to follow aspects of the straight line such as word choice, sentence structure, and looping so that we don’t need to bake it into every prompt. 
• Establishing metrics to measure improvements that can be used during evaluation, or as reward functions during reinforcement learning or other training techniques. 
• Evaluating potential voice models and choosing one to invest in customizing to follow straightline tonalities during sales, for which Jordan Belfort has filed a patent. 
• The ability to differentiate ourselves with a compelling, persuasive, humanlike voice is in many ways the core of our product differentiation.

Ability to: Build Agentic AI workflows and customize off-the-shelf voice and LLM models to more effectively follow the Straightline methodology, improve customer results and build an IP moat.
