Our Customer is a leading German platform dedicated to digitizing university campus services. The comprehensive solution simplifies the complex, enabling colleges and universities to offer a seamless digital experience. With this platform, institutions can efficiently digitize their services and provide a robust campus app, even with minimal resources. This innovation ensures that every essential service is easily accessible, enhancing the overall campus experience for students and staff alike.
The project includes the creation of both frontend and backend systems to support a robust, user-friendly campus app that integrates all essential services for colleges and universities.
At the moment, our customer has offices in Germany and Ukraine. The German team includes product owners, most of the engineers, and the management staff. The Ukrainian team consists of 8 Software developers. Both teams are friendly and eager to welcome a new member.
Frontends (Preferably Svelte): A minimum of 2 years of full time experience in developing TypeScript frontends, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with Svelte. The candidate should be proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and have a solid understanding of frontend development principles.
Building Frontends from Figma Designs: Experience in translating Figma designs into fully functional, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. The candidate should have an eye for detail and a strong sense of design. Designs are provided by our inhouse UI/UX Designer.
UI Libraries (Storybook): Proficiency in using and maintaining UI libraries, particularly Storybook, is essential. The candidate should be capable of creating reusable components and maintaining a consistent UI/UX across the application.
Frontend Testing (Cypress or Playwright): Experience with frontend testing tools such as Cypress for component and end-to-end testing, or Playwright for end-to-end testing. The candidate should be skilled in writing automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the frontend.
