Senior Software Engineer Tech Lead

A worldwide leading developer and supplier of independent monitoring and flexible control systems for photovoltaic plants and portfolios.

The aim is to play the same role for product/project developers, as they do for monitoring. The company is becoming wants to be an independent solution provider, so that product/project developers can combine the right products at the right cost at a particular time.

Goal: Enable bidirectional communication through blue’Log between a battery and inverter solution without the requirement of the inverter to be compatible with the BMS/battery. For this first version, we would envision the interface development for 1-2 battery manufacturers to 1-2 inverter manufacturers.

The team will be fully formed in Romania/Cluj

• Integration in the existing Architecture of the blue’Log
• Develop and maintain ScopeDriver
• Handle data in the backend
• Adjust HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

• Excellent communication skills; very good English is required, German is a bonus
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience with Angular
• Familiarity with IoT devices/technologies/protocols e.g. MQTT
• Ideally familiarity with industrial protocols as well – primarily Modbus
• High interest on Embedded Technologies
• Basic understanding of batteries, inverters, and electrical physics is ideal
