Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Business Analyst for ServiceNow IT Asset Management with combined focus on Software Asset Management and CMDB.
  • Facilitate workshops with the ITAM project team & CMDB owners to gather requirements, review the current state, and outline future process expectations.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and compliance requirements related to SAM and CMDB initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow implementation teams.
  • Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Skills

  • 10+ years of IT / ServiceNow experience with focus on ITAM and CMDB
  • Strong functional experience with ServiceNow SAM and CMDB
  • Solid understanding of ITAM, ITSM, ITIL processes, and software licensing models
  • Proven experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
  • CIS – SAM / ITAM – Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation – Preferred
