Senior SAP Logistics Execution (EWM/WM/IM/TM) Analyst II

You will be responsible for providing SAP ECC and S/4HANA support to Valvoline Global business partners. You will work with business partners to accurately understand support needs and issues. You will be responsible for learning Valvoline business processes within your area of responsibility and for understanding and following a clean core approach to keep customization to a minimum. This role provides application support while maintaining ITIL service levels and delivers technical support in the analysis, documentation, and configuration of break/fix issues. You are expected to show initiative, learn quickly, and provide assistance when needed without being asked. You will use sound judgment to escalate questions or issues to Valvoline Global IT teams only when necessary. This specific role will provide support for S/4HANA EWM and TM, as well as SAP ECC IM and LE module functional areas.

In this role, your day-to-day activities will include:
• Monitoring ServiceNow incident queues for your assigned functional areas
• Performing initial evaluation and triage of support tickets
• Communicating directly with impacted users to understand reported issues
• Analyzing issues and determining the appropriate path to resolution
• Performing SAP configuration changes as needed to resolve break/fix issues
• Coordinating with technical teams when development or cross-functional support is required
• Working with business users to validate solutions and capture test evidence
• Documenting analysis, actions taken, and resolution details in accordance with support processes

Experience

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in an SAP-related IT role
• Exposure to S/4HANA and ECC is preferred
• Experience with NACE output determination, BRF+ and PPF
• Experience with ALE / IDOC inbound and outbound integration
• Experience with modern event-based, SAP API integration is preferred
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP IM (Inventory Management), EWM, LE (Logistics Execution), and TM modules
• Preferred experience supporting Oil and Gas, Process Industry, and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of SAP logistics processes and concepts, including delivery creation, route determination, shipping point determination, batch management, directed picking, directed putaway, shipment creation, shipment cost documents, freight orders, freight settlement and post goods issue.
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration nodes related to warehousing, logistics and transportation management process areas
• Experience with Rev-Trac, Cloud ALM, or similar tools used to transport changes across system environments
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITIL-based service management tool to manage requests, incidents, and problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple support issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to details
