Senior Project Manager

We are a bright IT services company with locations in the US, Canada, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, and Colombia. We’ve grown from 3 people to 600+ mature pros since 2011 and keep going. We service clients all over Europe and the US in Computer Software, Retail & e-Commerce, Financial Services, Insurance, and Electronics industries.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for our Bucharest-based projects. In this role, you’ll take ownership of project execution - ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and client expectations are met. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and continuously improve delivery processes.

• Plan, organize, and lead project delivery teams to achieve objectives and ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical leads to align business requirements with development execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests to maintain project stability and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and communication workflows.
• Oversee project budgeting, reporting, and service account administration.
• Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and quality standards.

• Proven experience in project management within IT or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical project workflows.
• Hands-on experience with risk and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation and migration projects is a strong plus.
• Ability to drive process optimization and foster team collaboration in distributed environments.
