Senior Product Support Engineer

The customer is a global technology and digital transformation organization supporting large enterprises with technology consulting, engineering, application management, cloud, data, and digital solutions.

For this project, the customer is supporting a broadcast media and entertainment environment where reliability, workflow automation, and uninterrupted content operations are critical. The team works with Evertz MediatorX, a media workflow orchestration and management platform used to support complex broadcast and content lifecycle processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Evertz MediatorX environments in broadcast media and entertainment ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, troubleshooting complex media workflows, application support, automation development, and production incident management.

The engineer will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and operational excellence of MediatorX-based media asset management MAM workflow orchestration, playout, content processing, and delivery platforms.

Provide L2/L3 support for the MediatorX platform, troubleshooting media workflows, integrations, metadata, ingest, transcoding, distribution, and production issues. Perform RCA, manage incidents and SLAs, coordinate with technical and operations teams, and ensure platform stability and availability.

Develop automation, monitoring tools, and integrations using Java, Python, and JavaScript. Support workflow optimization, deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvements while reducing recurring incidents, improving resolution times, and increasing operational efficiency.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Broadcast Engineering or related discipline

• Relevant experience in Media  Entertainment Broadcast OTT or Digital Media organizations
