Senior Oracle EBS CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

The role focuses on the development, technical leadership and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and its integration with other enterprise platforms.

You will work across core business capabilities including Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts and Installed Base, while also contributing to integrations, customisations, data migration, reporting and performance optimisation.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position. You will not only develop and review solutions, but also help shape the technical approach, guide other engineers and work closely with architects, product teams and business stakeholders.

You will work in a cross-functional engineering environment alongside senior engineers, technical architects, product teams and business stakeholders.

Technical Leadership:
Lead and provide technical direction for Oracle EBS initiatives.
Take ownership of solutions across Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts and Installed Base.
Review technical designs and provide guidance to developers.
Establish and promote development standards, best practices and scalable solutions.
Work closely with architects, product teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop and maintain Oracle EBS customisations and extensions.
Review and guide development.
Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
Identify opportunities to improve application stability, scalability and maintainability.
Define and implement integration solutions between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.
Design interfaces with systems such as: ERP platforms, CRM platforms, other internal and external business applications.
Contribute to integration architecture and technical design decisions.
Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide technical leadership for data migration activities.
Design and support reporting and analytics solutions.
Analyse and resolve performance bottlenecks within Oracle EBS and related integrations.
Optimise SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces and application components where required.
Support data quality, consistency and integrity across connected systems.

Essential Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong development experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS customisations, extensions and technical development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, modules and underlying data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with BI Publisher and Oracle Workflow.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications, particularly ERP and CRM platforms.
• Experience with data migration, data transformation and/or large-scale data integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimising performance in Oracle EBS environments.

Technical Leadership

• Experience acting as a Technical Lead, Senior Oracle EBS Developer, Oracle Technical Architect or similar.
• Ability to review technical solutions and guide other developers.
• Comfortable making technical decisions and taking ownership of complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards and technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, product teams and business stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Able to balance architectural thinking with practical implementation.
