
A global trade association representing approximately 350 airlines, accounting for over 80% of worldwide air traffic. The organization is committed to representing, leading and serving the aviation industry by developing commercial and safety standards, advocating for industry policy, and offering services such as financial solutions and operational safety audits.
The role will focus on cloud transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on identity and access management and cross‑platform integrations. The candidate will design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure (including Azure AD B2C/OpenID) and integrate these with platforms such as Salesforce, ensuring secure and reliable end‑to‑end flows. They will define and promote integration and security best practices, support project teams on identity/integration topics and help strengthen the client’s internal capabilities in cloud‑based identity and integration.
You will join a small, senior team acting as a centre of expertise for identity and integration. The team is responsible for setting standards, reviewing solution designs and providing guidance to delivery teams rather than doing only operational support. You will collaborate with architects, security and product teams, and occasionally with external partners, to ensure that new and ongoing initiatives align with the organisation’s cloud and identity strategy.
• Troubleshoot authentication and session issues across multiple systems
• Investigate issues related to redirects, session loss, login, and access problems
• Support user provisioning and synchronization issues between systems
• Support and resolve incidents affecting login, access, and purchasing flows
• Work with external vendors to troubleshoot identity and integration implementations
• Analyze end-to-end flows between identity platform, CRM, LMS, store, and other systems
• Provide operational and troubleshooting support across integrated applications
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and operational runbooks
• Support stabilization and improvement of identity and integration flows
