Senior Producer contractor role starting in mid-January 2025:

The project requires a strong Senior Producer with experience in client projects, major IPs, and outsourcing.

This Senior Producer role will have a 6-month contract at the start.

We are developing AA+ action shooter mobile game in collaboration with a well-known IP. This ambitious project requires a Senior Producer with the expertise to drive large-scale productions, work seamlessly with internal and external teams, and deliver an exceptional gaming experience to a global audience.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:
As the Senior Producer, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of a high-quality game. You will collaborate with internal teams, external studios, and key stakeholders to keep the project on track, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a strategic mindset to navigate the challenges of high-stakes development.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production of a high-profile AA+ action shooter mobile game from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external studios to ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with a well-known IP holder to align on vision, goals, and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring quality deliverables and strong collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep the team focused and productive.
  • Drive decision-making processes, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence within the team.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Proven Experience:8+ years of experience in game production, with a strong background in mobile games and large-scale client projects.

- IP Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with well-known IPs, ensuring brand alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Leadership: Successfully led large teams and managed complex projects from pre-production to post-launch.

- External Collaboration: Experience managing relationships with external studios, vendors, and other third-party collaborators.

- Adaptability:Thrives under pressure and in situations of uncertainty, with a calm and strategic approach.

- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas, provide feedback, and inspire teams.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of game development pipelines, tools, and processes.

- Methodologies: Expertise in agile and other project management methodologies, tailoring them to meet team needs.
