Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps professional who can solve complex infrastructure and operational challenges, contribute to architectural and automation decisions, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-native platforms and applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, observability, and platform engineering, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and client partners to deliver highly available and scalable solutions.

This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows in collaboration with engineering leadership and project teams. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure, improving system reliability, and enabling efficient software delivery pipelines across cloud-based environments.

• Work collaboratively with Lead Engineers, software developers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable infrastructure and deployment solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and operational visibility.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Ensure environments follow security best practices, compliance standards, and operational governance.
• Support and troubleshoot production and development systems, identifying root causes and driving resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application scalability, resiliency, and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Take ownership of infrastructure deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and incident response activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.

• Experience with media/streaming/video platforms and content-related platforms/systems
• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure engineering in a professional setting
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration, networking, and security best practices
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Familiarity with Git workflows and DevOps best practices
• Experience supporting scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Excellent communicator who is passionate about reliability, automation, operational excellence, and scalable platform design  
• SDVI Rally exposure is a plus
