Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join remotely our dynamic Digital Factory team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will analyze, develop, support, and maintain applications using Azure Data Factory (ADF). You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure the application performs as expected in the production environment, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Analyze, Develop, support and maintain data integration pipelines in Azure Data Factory and manage data flows
Design and develop ETL processes, implementing data transformation logic
Engage with senior leaders to understand business goals and gather requirements
Write and maintain stored procedures in SQL Server for data validation and processing
Create and maintain documentation, ensuring security and compliance
Design data lake solutions and implement data governance frameworks
Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability
Develop, support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and provide technical leadership
Assist in the logging, tracking, and resolution of incidents and problems
Providing root cause analysis and weekly reporting of these incidents
Maintain and update service management documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for service management
Ensure quality and smooth scheduling/running of automated processes in production
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Taking responsibility ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed while deploying/fixing things in production
Participate in service improvement initiatives and projects
Gather and analyze feedback from users to identify areas for improvement
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues
