Senior Angular Frontend Software Engineer

Our customer is an international trade organization established over 70 years ago by a group of airlines. The organization represents around 330 airlines, accounting for more than 80% of the world's air traffic.

Work closely with the backend team to integrate RESTful services and develop API mimicking strategies for efficient development and testing.

• Lead Web Development Projects.
• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated web applications using
  Angular and Typescript.
• Integration & Mocking: Work intimately with the backend team to integrate RESTful services and devise mocking strategies for effective development and testing.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring the robustness and reliability of the Front-end applications. Advocate for best practices in testing and security.
• Code Quality & Review: Uphold superior code standards, conduct meticulous code reviews, and mentor junior developers for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as the technical anchor for the frontend team. Foster collaboration with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to devise elegant solutions.
• DevOps Collaboration: Partner with the DevOps team to refine deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal
  performance of frontend applications.
• Agile Development: Engage actively in agile ceremonies, offer precise estimations, and drive the team to realize sprint objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth experience with Angular and React frameworks.
• Mastery over TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration and mocking tools.
• Solid grounding in modern testing methodologies and tools, such as Karma, Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Adeptness in Agile methodologies and proven experience in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and an eye for detail.
• Exemplary team leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications in frontend development, testing, or agile methodologies.
• Exposure to performance optimization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or NgRx.
• Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility considerations.
