The project centers around the development of a dynamic and user-friendly admin panel designed specifically for managing a comprehensive knowledge database and configuring essential information for specialized handbooks.
You'll be an integral part of an established Scrum team, contributing to a long-standing project while collaborating remotely from diverse locations.
-Work independently on UI/UX solutions for the product, from concept to final implementation
-Actively participate in refinement sessions, asking clarifying questions and contributing to discussions
-Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure smooth implementation
-Take ownership of design delivery through to the final result, ensuring high quality and usability
-Develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals
-Participate in user research, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement of the user experience
-Create prototypes when needed, especially for user research and validation
-Work closely with PO, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions
-Ensure design quality and maintain consistency across the interface
-Follow versioning practices to ensure transparency, adhering to established documentation
-Proactively suggest strategic improvements (processes, templates, workflows, etc.)
