The company is currently advancing its SAP Warehouse Management landscape as part of a broader logistics digital transformation. The role covers the full warehouse management cycle, from delivery processing and stock movements to picking, packing, and post goods issue, with close integration into Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance processes.
As the organization expands its SAP EWM capabilities internationally, this position offers the opportunity to grow with the rollout and take on increasing responsibility across both operational support and future project work, including potential exposure to production supply topics.

You will join the SAP Logistics team, acting as the first point of contact for warehouse-related SAP topics and working closely with logistics and business stakeholders across the company's global subsidiaries. You'll be fully integrated as part of the internal SAP team, collaborating with colleagues who value hands-on problem-solving, ownership of assigned topics, and practical, standard-oriented solutions

• 2nd Level Support for global subsidiaries, supporting the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize warehouse processes, ensuring efficient execution of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and shipping operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including IDocs, RFCs, SAP outputs/PPF processing, and integration failures, to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support logistics business functions across all SAP-related activities, system improvements, and operational processes.
• Design, develop, and deliver end-user training sessions.
• Act as first point of contact for SAP WM/EWM super-users.
• Document key processes, including training materials and future design recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM experience. Extended knowledge of SAP MM/SCM preferred.
• Understanding of processes across all areas of logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Programming skills in ABAP are desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong hands-on mentality and intercultural competence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
