Project details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Admin & Success Manager to join our dynamic Consumer Solutions team which is responsible for all consumer facing digital infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and our IT solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, facilitating communication between various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Key Users to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.

• Translate user requirements into clear and actionable user stories.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.

• Gather and prioritize enhancement requirements in line with business goals.

•Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Proactively identify and address potential issues.

• Implement changes to configurations, workflows, and automation within Salesforce without requiring advanced coding skills.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for users across various regions.

• Create and maintain user guides and training materials.

Skills

  • Proven experience as Business Analyst.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Proactively identify and address potential system issues.
  • Expertise in implementing changes to configurations, workflows, and automation within Salesforce without advanced coding skills.
  • Skilled in updating and managing dashboards, reports, and layouts based on user needs.
  • Experience in assisting with the preparation and delivery of training sessions for users across various regions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)
