Project details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Admin & Success Manager to join our dynamic Consumer Solutions team which is responsible for all consumer facing digital infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and our IT solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, facilitating communication between various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Handle user provisioning, deactivation, and role assignments.
  • Manage permissions, profiles, and security settings.
  • Address user access issues and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
  • Oversee system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and responsiveness.
  • Regularly audit system logs and troubleshoot errors to maintain system integrity.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Implement changes to configurations, workflows, and automation within Salesforce without requiring advanced coding skills.
  • Update and manage dashboards, reports, and layouts based on user needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for users across various regions.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure users understand and maximize Salesforce functionality.
  • Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Key Users to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.
  • Gather and prioritize enhancement requirements in line with business goals.
  • Translate user requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Generate and analyze reports on key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in reporting processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative user management, including handling user provisioning, deactivation, and role assignments.
