Project details

This project focuses on streamlining Jira administration across departments to meet growing stakeholder needs. You'll take ownership of complex tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance cross-functional alignment for long-term success.

Your Team

You will collaborate closely with key product stakeholders to support them with the migration of Jira/Atlassian stack from on-premise into the cloud.

Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian tools within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration, and supporting project management and IT service operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and security protocols.
  • Experience with Jira automation, including scripting (using ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, or similar).
  • Familiarity with ITSM principles and practical experience using Jira Service Management for IT operations.
  • Experience integrating Jira with third-party tools via APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Experience in Server to Cloud migration would be useful.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their implementation in Jira
