As our global team continues to grow, we are looking for an HR People Partner who will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy, supporting employee engagement and wellbeing and collaborating with teams across the organization to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.

Project details

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our global HR team and looking for an HR People Partner who will help us develop and improve our people processes, bring them to life in the organization and support the growth of a strong and healthy company culture.

A big focus of this role will be supporting the development of Brightgrove’s new Tech Center in Bucharest, as we prepare to open and grow this location in the near future. We’re excited about building a strong Brightgrove community in Bucharest and the person joining our HR team will have real ownership and the opportunity to help shape this journey from the very beginning.

We are entering a new stage in our growth, where strengthening our teams and building scalable HR processes becomes even more important. We like to make decisions based on data, we listen to our colleagues and we use their feedback to continuously improve how we work and grow together.

Your Team

In this role, you will be part of our global HR team, collaborating with colleagues across different locations, while also working closely with the local operational team in Romania, consisting of five key business stakeholders responsible for developing the Brightgrove hub locally. This combination gives you the opportunity to contribute both to global HR initiatives and to the growth of our local team and community in Bucharest.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and updating company’s personnel policies.
  • Working with internal and external brand.
  • Close cooperation with all departments of the company.
  • Work with all HR processes.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings.
  • Take responsibility and report progress.
  • Show initiative and suggest process improvements.
  • Read and learn non-stop and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Experiment and research new HR tools and techs.
  • Share good findings with the team.
  • Support the development and growth of the company’s Tech Center in Bucharest.
  • Help build and strengthen a strong local community and positive employee experience.
  • Organize and support office initiatives such as team gatherings, social events and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Partner with managers to support team engagement, wellbeing and performance conversations.
  • Gather employee feedback and contribute to improving people practices and HR processes.

Skills

  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in an HR role, preferably in a dynamic or international environment, ideally within IT, outsourcing, or consulting companies, supporting consultants and individual contributors.
  • You understand how to support business growth using HR tools and practices, and can propose and implement initiatives that improve team performance and engagement.
  • You enjoy leading projects and turning ideas into practical initiatives, from concept to implementation.
  • You are a team player with a creative mindset, motivated to bring new ideas that improve employee engagement, loyalty, and wellbeing.
  • You are able to listen actively, understand people’s challenges, and handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • You are genuinely passionate about working in HR and contributing to a positive employee experience.
  • You are a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic person, capable of making decisions based on facts and sound judgment.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and understand that not only what is communicated matters, but also how it is delivered.
  • You are honest, responsible, and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.
  • You have good organizational and prioritization skills, and can manage multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Experience working in IT, outsourcing, or international environments will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Psychology or sociology education will be considered a plus.
  • Completion of a recognized HR course or certification is an advantage.
  • Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
