As our global team continues to grow, we are looking for an HR People Partner who will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy, supporting employee engagement and wellbeing and collaborating with teams across the organization to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our global HR team and looking for an HR People Partner who will help us develop and improve our people processes, bring them to life in the organization and support the growth of a strong and healthy company culture.
A big focus of this role will be supporting the development of Brightgrove’s new Tech Center in Bucharest, as we prepare to open and grow this location in the near future. We’re excited about building a strong Brightgrove community in Bucharest and the person joining our HR team will have real ownership and the opportunity to help shape this journey from the very beginning.
We are entering a new stage in our growth, where strengthening our teams and building scalable HR processes becomes even more important. We like to make decisions based on data, we listen to our colleagues and we use their feedback to continuously improve how we work and grow together.
In this role, you will be part of our global HR team, collaborating with colleagues across different locations, while also working closely with the local operational team in Romania, consisting of five key business stakeholders responsible for developing the Brightgrove hub locally. This combination gives you the opportunity to contribute both to global HR initiatives and to the growth of our local team and community in Bucharest.
