Middle Business Analyst

The project centers around the development of a dynamic and user-friendly admin panel designed specifically for managing a comprehensive knowledge database and configuring essential information for specialized handbooks.

You'll be an integral part of an established Scrum team, contributing to a long-standing project while collaborating remotely from diverse locations.

• Prepare sprints based on the items prioritized by the Product Owner and dev team capabilities
• Keep bug fixing under control
• Update documentation as needed (i.e. User guide, Config doc, etc.)
• Creating technical documentation for the product.
• Clarifying requirements and documenting them in technical documentation.
• Facilitating communication between the product team and developers.
• Scope out needs for developing/reporting etc., based on client needs.
• Make sure the development process is smooth and straightforward, clear to the development and business team

• 3+ years of experience working on the edge between development and business teams
• Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation.
• Advanced skills in writing and editing requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Great English language skills (at least Upper-Intermediate)
• Ukranian fluent language skills
