Project details

We are seeking Business Analysts with strong financial services backgrounds and a solid command of business English to join our Technology & Innovation practice. You’ll work on complex transformation initiatives across banking, payments, risk management, and regulatory domains - helping clients solve core challenges and drive innovation.

This opportunity is ideal for mid-level professionals (1 - 6 years of experience) who want to deepen their expertise in financial services transformation and grow into senior functional or leadership roles.

Your Team

As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in shaping our consulting services within the financial services sector. With at least 1 to 6 years of relevant experience and a background in financial services, you’ll be an invaluable part of the teams and projects that redefine what's possible in financial services transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Understand and map current-state business processes; identify pain points and improvement areas
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Solution Design Support: Collaborate on defining TO-BE processes using modeling tools like BPMN or UML
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring mutual understanding
  • Testing & Validation: Prepare test cases and participate in solution validation during UAT and SIT
  • Change Support: Help users understand and adopt new systems or process changes through documentation and training
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on fintech trends, digital innovation, and business analysis best practices

Skills

  • 1–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role in the financial services sector
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+/C1 minimum)
  • Hands-on experience with business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of business analysis or modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Product Owner), Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
  • Exposure to core banking systems, payment platforms, regulatory reporting tools, or loan origination software
  • Experience working with cross-border or multilingual teams

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field
