Middle Analyst

A global trade association representing approximately 350 airlines, accounting for over 80% of worldwide air traffic. The organization is committed to representing, leading and serving the aviation industry by developing commercial and safety standards, advocating for industry policy, and offering services such as financial solutions and operational safety audits.

This project focuses on assessing and enhancing the client’s PMO and governance capabilities within a complex, multi-project environment. The engagement aims to identify structural gaps in portfolio prioritisation, accountability, and delivery performance, and to define a clear path toward a more value-driven delivery model. Through a structured diagnostic, the team will deliver evidence-based insights and actionable recommendations. The outcome is a practical transformation roadmap aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

You will join a small, senior team acting as a centre of expertise for identity and integration. The team is responsible for setting standards, reviewing solution designs and providing guidance to delivery teams rather than doing only operational support. You will collaborate with architects, security and product teams, and occasionally with external partners, to ensure that new and ongoing initiatives align with the organisation’s cloud and identity strategy.

• Coordinate stakeholder interviews, including scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management across multiple workstreams.
• Act as a central point of coordination across governance, delivery, and analysis streams to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Manage all engagement documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
• Capture detailed session notes from interviews, workshops, and meetings, translating discussions into structured outputs.
• Support the population and maintenance of assessment tools (e.g., heat maps, tracking documents, reporting templates).
• Lead the production and formatting of key deliverables, including reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all client-facing documentation.
• Track progress across workstreams, flagging risks, delays, or dependencies that may impact delivery.
• Support senior team members with data organisation, synthesis, and preparation of insights.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and alignment throughout the engagement.

• Experience in an analyst, PMO support, or project coordination role within complex environments
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in documentation, formatting, and deliverable quality
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing schedules across multiple teams
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation and reports
• Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with a strong focus on presentation quality
• Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into coherent outputs
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both junior and senior stakeholders
