Project details

For the lighthouse project ISO27001 and TISAX we need external support (German and English speaking) for the implementation of change management and problem management, as well as for adjustments in reporting and other ITSM topics.

Your Team

This role is part of the client’s internal cybersecurity team, working directly with experienced professionals in information security and compliance. As a Senior IT Service Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring change management and problem management, as well as for adjustments in reporting and other ITSM topics.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Process & Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project implementation, ITIL, and application management, with a keen understanding of operational reporting and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ITSM processes and projects to ensure efficient IT service management.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes to optimize service delivery.
  • Handle and manage applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement operational reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with DIN ISO 27001 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively in both German and English.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project implementation and ITSM process management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL implementation.
  • Proficiency in application handling and management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of DIN ISO 27001 standards.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of TISAX standards.
