The Hooper Residuals Rules and Validation Specialist focuses on validating residuals calculation rules business logic and data accuracy within the Hooper Residuals system to ensure correct payouts and compliance with contractual and guild requirements
Key Responsibilities  

• Review and validate residuals rules and calculation logic in Hooper RE Underspabilities Outlook.
• Perform data validation and exception analysis on residuals outputs.
• Ensure alignment of system rules with contracts guild agreements and participations.
• Support UAT and business validation activities focused on rules accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies root causes and rule gaps coordinate fixes with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for rules validations and audit support.

• Strong background in media residuals royalties or financial rule validation
• Experience validating business rules and calculations not technical coding
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with audit or compliance-driven validation processes
• Ability to explain complex rule logic to business stakeholders
