Holding Project is Germany’s leading digital driving education platform, transforming how people learn to drive through a fully online and app-supported experience. The mission is to streamline and modernize the entire driving school process—making it more transparent, efficient, and accessible for students, while equipping instructors with tools that simplify their daily operations.

The project focuses on building an end-to-end solution that digitalizes every step of the learning-to-drive journey. This includes a seamless experience for students—from registration to exam prep—and a dedicated app for instructors to manage lessons, schedules, and student progress efficiently.
The platform is built with scalability, usability, and compliance in mind, supporting thousands of users across multiple locations. It blends web and mobile applications, backend services, and integrations with external systems such as local driving authorities.
While the project is developed by a fully remote, cross-functional team based throughout Europe, particularly in Ukraine and Romania. Your partifcular team includes 1 Senior engineer so far and undergoing expansion.
Prototyping - use prototypes as the primary canvas for communicating ideas.
Together with the product manager use user testing to not only assess usability but also assess the value of their ideas.
Interaction design - focus on the behaviour of the product and the underlying conceptual models, the task flows and interactions. Visual design - understand the value of how the application looks and feels and incorporate typography, layout and how the brand is expressed throughout the user interface.
