Architect JavaScript Engineer Tech Lead

We are a startup and are planning to build an AI-enabled platform that turns its large library of consulting methodologies into a structured, model-driven system. Methodology leaders will configure models and workflows via a web app using engines for canvases, tables, surveys, and documents/presentations/spreadsheets. Consultants will then use these models in projects: ingesting project context, having AI automatically fill models, receiving next-best-model and workflow recommendations, and generating reports, decks, and spreadsheets with traceable citations, ultimately creating an enterprise-ready product.

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Tech Lead / Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance AI-based product. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, and AWS, combined with strong architectural vision and technical leadership capabilities.

You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and ensuring best practices across the full stack — from frontend user interfaces to backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Team will consist from Back-end and Front-end developers, QA Engineer and PM. Total team size 10-12 people.

• Technical Leadership
• Define and drive the overall system architecture and technical roadmap
• Lead design discussions and make high-impact architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React
• Proven experience architecting and deploying systems on AWS
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and system design
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced level of English
