Architect Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to drive the development and implementation of our next-generation autonomous AI systems. In this role, you will design and build agentic AI architectures that power our digital services, enhancing user experiences through intelligent automation and personalization. This high-responsibility position will involve creating AI workflows that transform operations across all departments of our organization.

Design, develop, and implement autonomous AI agent architectures that can perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention.
Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval
Architect scalable backend systems that support platforms serving millions of daily users.
Build agentic AI workflows that streamline operations across all departments including content creation, marketing, customer service, and business intelligence.
Lead the AI transformation strategy with direct impact on product development, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for AI agent deployment throughout the organization.
Coordinate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and implement tailored AI solutions.
Lead technical discussions and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prototype new AI agent capabilities to enhance user experiences across our various platforms.
Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques.

• Strong expertise in Vector Database technologies (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar)

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

• Proficiency in backend development with emphasis on AI systems integration

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks

• Strong software engineering background with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, BabyAGI)

• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-traffic streaming platforms or similar digital services

• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development methodologies

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems

• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field

• Contributions to open-source AI projects
