Project details

Our new cloud application for funeral management can be accessed securely from any internet-enabled device. It’s built using the same best-in-class technologies that underpin many of the online applications used by millions of people on a daily basis.

Your Team

You will be working closely with technical expert (Ruby Fullstack developer), Product Owner and report to Head of Customer Success.

Customer support:

  • Respond promptly to issues raised via tickets, telephone & email
  • Resolve simple user error issues
  • Escalate issues requiring changes to application
  • Proactively communicate with users until escalated issues are resolved
  • Ensure users are satisfied with resolutions to issues
  • Log feature requests
  • Identify recurring issues that could be resolved by a change to the application or user training

New tenant setup:

  • Preparation of initial data for import in MS Excel
  • Customising templates using HTML, CSS & Liquid
  • Ensure tenant is aware of what is required from them and by when
  • Proactively communicate with new tenants regarding progress and outstanding requirements


  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Good technology-savvy skills, such as quickly catching up with new software platforms (e.g., ticketing system), and troubleshooting basic program/browser issues on the advanced user level.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML & CSS
