We are expanding our partner ecosystem and looking for a Partnership Manager to accelerate our growth through channel, referral, and strategic partnerships.
You will join our Business Development Team, supporting Brightgrove’s global sales engine.
The project is focused on building and developing a partner network that generates warm introductions, joint outreach opportunities, and co-selling activities across EU and US markets.
Your work will directly influence pipeline growth, relationship quality, and collaboration efficiency between Brightgrove and its partner ecosystem.
You will work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Delivery teams. This is a highly collaborative role where communication and cross-team alignment are essential.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel, referral, and strategic partners.
Present Brightgrove’s services, delivery model, and technical strengths to potential partners.
Build strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Co-develop outreach strategies, ICP lists, and messaging with partners.
Support partners in generating warm leads and facilitating introductions.
Track & report partner activity and performance in CRM.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, recruitment, and delivery teams to handle partner-related introductions / opportunities.
Research market trends, emerging players, and competitor ecosystems to improve partnership strategies.
