We are looking for an Expert Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team of healthcare innovators. As a very experienced senior engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of a medical device that is part of our digital frontdoor solution and has the potential to positively impact the health and well-being of millions. 

Our tech stack: React, Typescript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Spring Boot, JVM, MongoDB, Redis,
Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform, Microservices.

You'll be working in a distributed and cross-functional team with 3 other developers that spans across Germany and the UK, collaborating with talented professionals from diverse backgrounds.

-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of software engineers, product &design, data scientists, quality engineers, and healthcare experts to design, develop, and maintain software for our state-of-the-art medical device.
-Take a lead role in architecting, developing, and optimizing the full stack of our best-in-class software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
-Participate in code reviews and upskill software engineers on best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
-Implement robust testing and debugging practices to maintain the reliability and accuracy of our software.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our software at the forefront of innovation.
-Help us create a higher-performing team by streamlining our processes and reduce churn on implementation.

• You have a strong background in front-end (React.js) and back-end development (Node.js), being experienced in the JavaScript/Typescript, as well as in the JVM ecosystem
• You' ve diverse experience and have developed, deployed & monitored B2B2C and/or
  enterprise applications.
• You bring the experience of scalable software architectures and modern software
  tools as well as a desire to apply best practices and “play” with technologies.
• You are proficient in writing automated tests, and you have a good sense of software quality.
• You have expertise in agile development (Scrum or Kanban).
• You bring creativity and the ambition to strive in a constructive and multicultural team.
• You are happy to pair, learn, teach, share, communicate, and document things every day.
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
