We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B Testing Manager to join our Digital Consumer Experience & Insights team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and testing enhancements to optimize key e-commerce performance indicators, such as conversion rate, average order value, session value or bounce rate, across our digital storefronts in Europe, North America, and Japan. You will combine data analysis, experimentation, and user insight to drive measurable improvements in our digital user journey.

Conversion Rate Optimization:
• Support analysis of site performance, user behavior and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities through data insights and user behavior analysis.
• Prioritize and develop test hypotheses focused on enhancing conversion KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate CRO strategies.
A/B Testing Strategy:
• Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests.
• Define testing roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives and regional needs.
• Ensure proper experiment tracking, measurement, and statistical validity in test evaluation.
• Communicate test results and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and development teams to align testing and optimization initiatives.
• Present performance findings and test impacts to senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops to collect input, foster collaboration, and drive continuous experimentation culture.
