Junior Data Entry Specialist

Customer has vast experience in the New York City real estate industry. They have integrally worked on and learned from all major technological advances, events, and projects associated with the New York City real estate market over the course of the last 35 years. They have overseen numerous data conversions for major New York City firms including fairly complex and time sensitive projects as the result business acquisitions and other proprietary conditions.

Data entry in a New York real estate company that requires maintaining data manually via proprietary software, working with various reports, and communicating with clients. This role requires attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, an intermediate to upper level English proficiency, a the desire to learn about the real estate market as well as internal data flow.

The right candidate will collaborate and report directly to customers' market analyst who is located in New York.

Daily checks on listings via proprietary software, entering dates in Excel, updating real estate listings, and updating building information.

Previous/relative experience:
Preferably experience in any office/IT job.
